Cuomo Method® Innovation among 15 Italian SMEs in Silicon Valley
The first Italian Innovation and Culture Hub in San Francisco, INNOVIT, connects Italian innovation with worldwide innovation.
It is the outcome of a strategic initiative supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Direzione Generale Sistema Paese, in partnership with the Italian Embassies in Washington and San Francisco, and is carried out by Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini and Entopan Innovation with the help of the Italian Cultural Institute (ICE).
Through a growth program divided into three phases and centred on mentorship, institutional scheduling, and the formation of new alliances. The initiative aims to promote established and creative Italian business owners.
Stagionello® was chosen out of the 15 SMEs currently present in Silicon Valley to participate in a week of events and workshops that offers opportunities for privileged interaction with the “Bay Area ecosystem,” which includes venture capitalists, universities, and research facilities. This was the deciding factor in the selection of Stagionello® among the 15 SMEs.
The three areas under consideration are food technology, sustainable energy, and climate.
A portion of the activities will be shared by all participants, and a portion will be tailored for each participant by mentors and a team of professionals with expertise in various areas, such as pitching, seeking technological partners, and intellectual property.
This will be a chance for Stagionello® to export and advertise its patented technique of food preservation and fermentation, which is an assurance of food safety and quality based on unique pH management and applied to technical solutions that are 100% Italian-made.
Additionally, it will be a chance to build professional, financial, and networking ties with an ecosystem that represents innovation on a global scale.
